Bodegas Tinto Pesquera, founded by Alejandro Fernández and Esperanza Rivera in 1975, embodies excellence in each of its wines. From its origins in the village of Pesquera de Duero, the winery has been dedicated to vindicating the value of the Ribera del Duero terroir, using pioneering production methods with the Tempranillo variety. This passion and dedication to wine have turned the Tinto Pesquera in a world reference, bringing Ribera del Duero wines to more than 70 countries and playing a key role in the consolidation of the Designation of Origin Ribera del Duero.
Tinto Pesquera is defined not only by its wines, but also by its commitment to bringing wine culture closer to the public and highlighting its value through ‘El Lagar’, the wine tourism experience of this winery, included in the Vindesía, the Familia Fernández Rivera wine tourism brand. Thanks to Vindesía, visitors can take part in immersive experiences in the four wineries of the group - Tinto Pesquera, Condado de Haza, Dehesa La Granja y El Vínculo -, These range from tours of the vineyards and guided tastings to visits that reveal the secrets of the winemaking process.
