General information of the event

El Día V is an event promoted by the Ribera del Duero wineries (Peñafiel y Pesquera): Alión, Protos, Pago de Carraovejas, Emilio Moro y Tinto Pesquera to be held on 31 May 2025 on the premises of the promoting wineries.

Ribera del Duero is getting ready to host a unique event which will combine culture, tradition and wine excellence.

Important

  • The tour of transfer from one winery to another is compulsorily by bus, provided by the organisation and that will leave from the main car park on the esplanade of the Antigua Azucarera de Peñafiel (Ver ubicación) donde pueden dejar sus vehículos.
  • Once the ticket is purchased to follow this route, you can´t change the route, and therefore your tour group.
  • Each attendee must have a ticket, no multiple people can share the ticket.
  • The indications of the route coordinators must be respected who will ensure the enjoyment and compliance with the general planning of the event.
  • Other notes
    • Bachelor parties are not allowed.
    • The event is aimed at people over 18 years of age.

Estimated schedule

Important note: For the smooth running of the event programme, it is necessary that the attendee follows the guidelines and timetables established by the organisation. It will not be the responsibility of the organisation if the attendee arrives late and does not get on the bus at the start of the route.

  • 9:00 Reception and parking of the participants.

Los asistentes pueden ir en sus vehículos particulares hasta el punto de partida de los autobuses (Explanada Antigua Azucarera de Peñafiel – Ver ubicación).

  • 9:00 - 10:00 Accreditation

Attendees must go to the accreditation booths to have their entry checked, be accredited and be assigned the bus and group coordinator who will transfer them from one winery to another. Each route is closed, it is not possible to change route during the course of the day.

  • 10:00 Organisation and departure of the bus to the first winery on your route.

There are 5 routes. The bus will transport your group according to the estimated schedule as per the route ticket you have purchased:

    • 10:30 – 12:30 Winery 1
    • 10:30 – 12:30 Winery 2
    • 14:30 – 16:30 Winery 3
    • 16:30 – 18:30 Winery 4
    • 18:30 – 20:30 Winery 5
  • 20:30 - Transfer to the initial parking area. End of the event

The ticket costs 180,00€ + handling fee.

Bus to follow the selected route + visit to each winerie + tasting of brands of wine in each winery + 1 tapa in each winery + animation.

The 5 routes will be operated BY BUS.

You can travel in your private vehicle car park on the esplanade of the Antigua Azucarera in Peñafiel (Ctra. Pesquera, 11-1 – 47300 Peñafiel – Ver ubicación).  Una vez deje su vehículo, deberá ir a la zona de Accreditation area, where your entry will be confirmed and you will be given directions to the departure area for the buses on your route.

At the end of the day, the bus will return you to the parking area.

Buses will be available from Valladolid.

We will soon inform you of times and prices by e-mail to the address indicated on the ticket purchase.

The existing 5 routes are equals, the only change is the order of the visits to the wineries.

  • Route 1: Alión – Protos – Pago de Carraovejas – Emilio Moro – Tinto Pesquera
  • Route 2: Protos – Pago de Carraovejas – Emilio Moro – Tinto Pesquera – Alión
  • Route 3 Pago de Carraovejas – Emilio Moro – Tinto Pesquera – Alión – Protos
  • Route 4: Emilio Moro – Tinto Pesquera – Alión – Protos – Pago de Carraovejas
  • Route 5: Tinto Pesquera – Alión – Protos – Pago de Carraovejas – Emilio Moro

The purchase of the ticket implies the express acceptance of the following conditions:

  • The ticket is valid only for at people over 18 years of age. There are no scheduled activities for children and no childcare/childminding service.
  • The ticket must be verified at the accreditation area the day of the event.
  • Only be considered valid the first copy presented of this ticket. Any broken, illicitly acquired or suspected counterfeit tickets will be invalid.
  • The Organisation does not guarantee the authorisation of the ticket if it has not been purchased at the official points of sale and will not be responsible of the tickets adquired in unofficial sales outlets.
  • Once the ticket is adquired it not will be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of causes foreseen in current legislation or cancellation of the event.
  • We reserve the right of admission, conditional on the condition that the ticket is complete and in good condition and that the ticket holder accepts and undertakes to respect the rules of the Organisation and of the site, as well as any conditions required for reasons of general security and public order. Members of the public may be subject to search at the entrance to the venue in accordance with the law. It is forbidden to bring in any kind of weapons, throwing instruments or dangerous objects. The Organiser of the event may refuse access or expel the bearer from the holds in the event of non-compliance with the instructions of the organisers staff.
  • The Organisation reserves image rights and intellectual property of the event. The purchase of the ticket involves a express consent to the taking and dissemination of any images of the attendee and its dissemination by the organisation for promotional or informational purposes.
