A selection of exceptional wines from five emblematic wineries of this wine region and a gastronomic offer to match will be the main attractions of a first-class wine tourism event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V Day is a unique wine tourism experience through five of the most emblematic wineries in Ribera del Duero: Tinto Pesquera, Protos, Ali\u00f3n, Pago de Carraovejas and Emilio Moro. This exclusive event is sponsored by the Junta de Castilla y Le\u00f3n, Diputaci\u00f3n de Valladolid, through Alimentos de Valladolid and the Milla de Oro del vino de Valladolid, Ayuntamiento de Pe\u00f1afiel, Banco Sabadell, RIEDEL Euroselecci\u00f3 and 22 Artesian Water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exclusive offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V Day offers an exclusive journey based on two fundamental elements for the wine tourism experience: wine and gastronomy. Thus, the participating wineries will offer two high-end references paired with tapas to match.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Bodegas Tinto Pesquera the wines on offer will be Tinto Pesquera MXI 2021 and Tinto Pesquera Reserva 2020. To accompany these wines, a tapa made with spring truffle and a casserole of Dehesa la Granja chickpeas with ear will be served, which enhances the complex and elegant flavours of both wines, creating a perfect harmony on the palate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The wines Protos'27 2022 and Protos Verdejo Reserva 2020 are the proposals of Bodegas Protos for V-Day. These wines will be accompanied by a tapa of lamb dumplings with churro ramen, which perfectly complements the flavours and textures of both wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Ali\u00f3n, a skewer of lamb with vine shoots will be served, highlighting the richness and depth of the flavours, creating a unique gastronomic and wine experience topped off with the wines Ali\u00f3n 2021 and Mandol\u00e1s 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another of the participating wineries is Pago de Carraovejas. Here the gastronomic offer is twofold. A delicious Pastela de cochinillo (suckling pig pie) and Sopas de ajo (garlic soup) will be served. This regional delicacy will be paired with the wines Pago de Carraovejas 2022 and Ossian 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of Bodegas Emilio Moro, the wines uncorked at El D\u00eda V will be La Revel\u00eda 2022 and Malleolus de Valderramiro 2021. And its gastronomic pairing will be a tapa of red wine cheeks with portobello mushroom and caramelised onion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A unique and pioneering experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The latest tickets, which are already on sale on the event's official website https:\/\/eldiav.com\/, include a visit with tours and surprises designed for the occasion at each winery with a tasting of specially selected wines, a gastronomic tapa for each winery and an exclusive entertainment show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The route guarantees an impeccable organisation thanks to the exclusive buses that will transfer the participants between the selected wineries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 750 attendees will be divided into five groups of 150 people. Each group will follow a specific route that each attendee will decide when purchasing their ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This guarantees the exclusivity of a high quality wine tourism event. The price of a ticket for El D\u00eda V is 180 euros, plus administration fees of the sales platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Buses from Valladolid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to facilitate the transfer of those attending the event on 31 May, buses will be chartered from Valladolid to the starting point of V-Day. The buses will leave the capital of Puebla at 8 a.m. at a point that will be indicated to those interested and will return to the city from 8.30 p.m. onwards. The times are approximate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V Wineries, V Values<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V-Day is structured around the five sponsoring wineries. The winery's philosophy focuses on balancing tradition with modernity.
